Lugar maravilloso en una zona increíble súper céntrico  uno de los mejores lugares de México. Sin embargo  el lugar me pareció difícil la recepción  poco conocimiento del lugar por parte del administrador.

Todo fue excelente  te atiendo una persona cuando llegas te enseño el departamento y muy buen servicio

The apartment was clean  nice amenities  and in an excellent location  but unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars due to some significant comfort issues during our stay.\t\tThe unit does not have air conditioning or any fans  and the temperature inside stayed between 77–80°F (25–27°C) the entire weekend. Even with the blinds closed and windows open in the evenings  it was uncomfortably warm and difficult to spend much time inside. When we asked the host for fans  none were available.\t\tAdditionally  only 4 towels were provided for four adults  despite the pool being listed as an amenity. As a fellow Airbnb host and frequent guest  I was surprised by this.\t\tI would only recommend this listing if you’re very comfortable with heat and don’t mind warmer indoor temperatures. \t\tOtherwise  it’s a nice space in a great spot  but the lack of cooling and sufficient towels made it less enjoyable than expected.

This was our third time staying at an apartment in Miyana  and our first using Kukun. Clearly we like staying in the building  but I am afraid that we won't rent from Kukun again. The check in process took a long time   despite communicating in transit. And we didn't get the information that we needed like the internet code  which is incorrect in the check in instructions. Kukun is a company with a lot of people who checked in with us  but we didn't actually know who our host was. The apartments are known to be hot this time of year  but this apartment had no fans or AC units like the others. The furniture is very sparse compared to the photos (no rugs  missing tables  no cloth napkins or runners  etc.)  and as someone else mentioned  several pieces of furniture need to be fixed or switched out. We were each given a small white towel for a building with a pool  and it took two days to get another towel.  The hot water rarely worked. I would say we were underwhelmed across the board.

Great place. We stayed there before and if/when possible we will go back again. A couple of things did not work when we arrived but the host resolved it promptly. Thanks!
