Great property. Cool design  spacious  doorman  amenities  large rooftop  private gym  elevator - has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was good as well  walkable and close to lots of restaurants  bars  coffee shops  parks  and other desirable areas.

	Great location  beautiful place. Managament company can do much better.	The apartment is beautiful  well located and very safe. The rooftop terrace is a nice plus  unfortunately the rain didn’t allow us to enjoy it much. Despite having a roof over the dining and sitting area  the leaks made all the furniture wet and unable to be used.

Beautiful space in a great location with very helpful host

This is a lovely apartment and great location but the Kukun management team were difficult to communicate with about the issues we had. The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned with massive stains on the couch  internet not working in bedrooms  and broken appliances. We tried to address the issues with them  but they have messaging agents before you can speak to a real person and even then the responses were slow and disjointed. They did not clean the couch until 2 days into the stay and it was wet for the rest of the time. When we discussed the issues  the difficulty with communication  and the inconveniences  Kukun refused to work with us on remedying the situation. This would have been a wonderfuly place had the host company been more communicative and supportive.

Very nice place  and in a lovely location.  We went in January  and my only complaint is that the apartment can be somewhat cold.  It turns out that there is a space heater in each room.  The accommodation itself was lovely  though.  The upstairs gym is truly elite! My husband was able to work out with the weights and not have to look up a gym to go to.  Maybe we will return during warmer months!
