	Es la ubicacion mas linda de Polanco  mira al bandejon de horacio con un paseo peatonal precioso. El departamento es amplio  con buena terraza.

	This location is not recommended. If they can barely keep floors clean it’s not a surprise they can’t maintain hot water	Lots of natural light. But then it becomes a humid greenhouse effect in the sfterboon.

Host is a great communicator. Location is amazing. \tApartment was not clean  couch had stains and furniture had dust. One night neighbors had a live band performing loudly at 11 PM and not stopping. Fans are not sufficient to cool place and does not have AC.
